2) Ensure the document is filled out completely with no blank spaces and all information is correct. Do not complete signature or notary section.
3) If your document requires witnesses, please bring the correct number needed. We can provide witnesses for an additional fee; when booking your appointment, mention this service if required.

• Two credible witnesses (when you do not have current ID)
• US Passport

We value your time and ours! To cancel or reschedule your Mobile Notary appointment, kindly provide at least 2 hours' notice. Failure to do so may result in the forfeiture of the travel fee. But worry not! Prior payments can be applied when you reschedule. If more than 15 minutes late to an appointment or a no show, travel fee and the appointment is forfeited. Yes, Parchment & Quill is insured for errors and omissions to protect our clients in case of any mistakes or errors during the notarization process.
An I-9 verification refers to the process of verifying the identity and eligibility for employment of individuals hired to work in the United States. It is a mandatory requirement for employers.
I-9 forms are not notarized in Ohio. As a notary, we can verify IDs and sign the form as the remote employer's "Authorized Representative" to get your form properly completed for your employer.
No, at this time Parchment & Quill can not perform remote notarization services for clients who are unable to meet in person. This service is coming soon.
